Our MissionTo alleviate the shortage of health care workers in the United States

Our Approach: Provide assistance and resources to start, maintain and succeed in the health care education business

Our Goal: Open hundreds of new schools that offer health care certifications in the United States

There is a shortage of health care workers in the United States. The nursing assistant and home health aide occupation would need 1.1million new workers in the next decade. Other health care occupations need an additional 500,000 workers. There is a market for training new entrants to the health care field.

“We are on the edge of a crisis, we are not prepared for what’s coming. Our concern is that the demand is going to outstrip the supply unless we see some dynamic changes occur.”

- William Dombi, President of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice,

In 2000, there were 7 million more workers in manufacturing than in health care. In 2008, there were 2.4 million more workers in retail than health care. In 2017, health care surpassed both. That is 9.4 million!
